Pricing:

Terms:
Net 30 terms on all approved accounts.
Returned Checks:
Returned checks are assessed a $25 non-refundable fee. New accounts please allow 5~7 business days for review.
Third Party Shipping:
Shipper assumes no responsibility on shipments made to third parties.
Delivery:
Shipment lead-time ranges from same day through 1~2 weeks. Subject to confirmation.
Returns:
Only authorized returns accompanied by a return authorization will be accepted. RA# must CLEARLY be visible on the package and subject to a 25% restocking expense.
Shipping & Handling:
Capital Apparel will add $2.50 for "S&H" to every invoice (includes the initial box/bag) and an additional $1/box thereafter (if applicable).
When freight expenses are not PP&A by "Best Way" Capital Apparel decided shipper (re: charged to a customers account or customer pick up), a $2.50 "Handling" expense and additional $1/box thereafter (if applicable) is applied.
Additional expenses incurred by Capital Apparel for special shipping arrangements (such as Fed-Ex per box fee for pick-up or palletizing) will be charged accordingly "in-addition to" the above "Handling" Expense.
